Step 1: Creating Your Account
Sign Up Process
- Visit app.faii.ai/register
- Sign up using:
- Google OAuth (recommended for easiest setup)
- Email and password
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
After Signing Up
Once you create your account, youโll be guided through our onboarding questionnaire. This helps us personalize your experience and set up a demo campaign.Step 2: Onboarding Questionnaire
The questionnaire takes about 2 minutes and covers:Company Information
- Company Name - Your business or brand name
- Website URL - Your primary domain to monitor
- Industry - Helps us provide relevant benchmarks

After completing onboarding, we automatically create a Demo Campaign for you. This campaign:- Uses your provided brand name and keywords
- Includes AI-generated questions about your industry
- Runs across multiple AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Provides a benchmark of your current AI visibility

Step 4: Your Dashboard
After your first campaign runs (usually within 24 hours), your dashboard will show:AI Visibility Score
Your overall visibility score (0-100) combines:- Chat Score - Brand mention rate in AI platforms
- SERP Score - Search ranking performance
- Sentiment Score - Positive vs negative mentions

FAII only requests read-only access to your data. We never modify your Analytics or Search Console settings.
Step 6: Creating Additional Campaigns
Once youโre comfortable with the demo campaign, create custom campaigns:Campaign Types
